Details include:
- Carts and boxed lunch
- Swing assessment by golf pro on driving range prior to teeing off
- Scramble format with various contests throughout the day
- Awards ceremony during the Western Regional Conference reception at the Downtown Hilton
- Shuttle to and from the golf course
