What does my full Conference registration pass include?
•Welcome Reception, Networking and Golf Awards Hosted by Chapter/Sponsors of Golf-Tuesday Evening
•Breakfast Wednesday through Friday
•Lunch Wednesday and Thursday

What does my One Day Registration Include?
•Welcome Reception, Networking and Golf Awards Hosted by Chapter/Sponsors of Golf-Tuesday Evening
•Breakfast for the day registered
•Lunch for the day registered
•If registered for Wednesday One Day Pass, please note this does not include the Wednesday Evening Pass.
Please Note: The Wednesday Evening Pass is for a Hosted coctail Reception and Evening Dinner at Fare Start. This is an additional fee. Please check the registration fee table for appropriate prices.
Can I register for a Friday Registration Pass?

Do I have to pre-register for sessions?
Due to meeting room space restrictions, RIMS requests you register in advance for breakfasts, sessions, luncheons, and events you wish to attend. This will allow RIMS to assign each session to a room of the appropriate size for that group.
How can I pay for my registration?
For the Western Regional Conference, Pay Pal will be used for all registration payments. Credit cards accepted by Pay Pal will be Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What is the final cut-off date?
The final cut-off date is Sunday, September 13, 2009. After September 13, 2009, you may register onsite at the Hilton Seattle Hotel.
If I miss pre-registration am I too late to register?
No, It's not too late. You can register onsite at the Hilton Seattle Hotel beginning on Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Registration will be held in the main Fourier of the Hilton Hotel. It will be open on Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and will open each morning at 7:00 AM.
How can I change badge or session information for a registered attendee?

What is the Cancellation policy? Is there a Cancellation cut-off date? Is there a fee to Cancel?
Requests for refunds/cancellations, or downgrades must be made by Tuesday, September 8, 2009. All requests will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Tuesday, September 8, 2009 will not receive a refund, credit or price adjustment. Requests for refund made by Tuesday, September 8, 2009 will be issued 60 days following the Conference. What is the Substitution policy? Is there a Substitution cut-off date? Is there a fee to substitute?
Requests to substitute or transfer your registration must be made by Tuesday, September 8, 2009 . Requests to substitute or transfer your registration after Tuesday, September 8, 2009 must be made in writing on corporate stationary and be presented at the on-site attendee help desk. All substitutions are subject to a $75 administrative fee, plus any additional fees due to difference in the member type. e.g. transferring a member registration to a non-member registration.
What are the On-Site Registration hours?

•Wednesday, September 23, 2009, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
•Thursday, September 24, 2009, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
If you arrive after the registration hours on Wednesday and Thursday, please look for Michael Mooney, Expeditors International of Washington, Inc., or Van Vong, Marsh, in the Registration Area for assistance.

How will I get my badge? Will it be mailed to me?
No, your badge will not be mailed to you. You must come to the Attendee Help Desk at the Hilton Seattle Hotel during registration hours to pick up your badge and conference materials. You will need to have a photo ID with you to pick up your badge.

No. There are no Exhibitors. The Western Regional Conference does have sponsors for the Golf Tournament held on September 22, 2009. If interested, please contact michael.mooney@expeditors.com

Will there be transportation to the Golf Tournament?
Yes, There will be a shuttle that will leave from the front of the hotel.
What is the Regional Conference Dress Code?
Attire at the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures do vary. The hotel will do their best to make the meeting rooms as comfortable as possible, but please be sure to bring along a sweater just in case.
