Is there a fee for the Guest Program?

Yes, the guest registration fee is $125.00.


What does the Guest Registration include?

  • Opening Reception, Tuesday, October 2 , 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Breakfast on Wednesday, October 3, 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

  • Luncheon on Wednesday, October 3, 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM

  • Breakfast on Thursday, October 4, 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

  • Luncheon on Thursday, October 4, 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM

  • Dinner/Entertainment, Thursday, October 4, 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Is there a limit of how many Guests I can register?

Yes, one Guest per registrant.


How can I register a Guest?

Contact Donna Pilato, Records Management Manager, RIMS, by email at dpilato@RIMS.org. Please supply Donna with the Guest’s contact information (Name, address, phone, fax, and email). Donna will contact you for payment options.



Do I have to register my Guest at the same time I register?

No, you can register your Guest any time up until the registration cut-off date of September 21, 2007. After the cut-off date Guest will need to be processed onsite starting Tuesday, October 2, at 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.


Onsite Where do I go to register my Guest?

You can register your Guest at the Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites, the RIMS Onsite Registration Desk.


If my guest needs to make any changes to his/her itinerary, where do they go?

The guest would need to go to the RIMS Web site www.RIMS.org , next click on the login button on the upper right hand side of the page, select the button called MyRIMS. To the left hand side of the page, select the button that says My Conferences. Next select the 2007 Western Regional Conference button. You will see a button called Change Session Selections, click on that button. Choose the session you wish to change, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the next button. Your session changes are completed.

Wednesday, October 3, 2007, 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Thursday, October 4, 2007, 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Friday, October 5, 2007, No Registration
